Lori McElhaney has been working with the Advanced Retirement Planning team for 14 years, overseeing daily operations and maintaining the Covington office. She is the first point of contact for new and existing clients.
Customer service is the most important aspect of Lori’s work with ARP, and her personal touch is appreciated by clients calling to get in touch with an advisor. Her goal is to ensure that clients and advisors are communicating effectively and that each party has what they need in-between appointments.
A resident of McDonough, Lori has been married for over 30 years. She enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her two adult children and grandsons.
